How it works

My career coaching services provide one-on-one coaching conversations that help you identify strengths, set goals, and maximize your potential.  All sessions are virtual.  We begin where you are, and create a safe and confidential space to talk about challenges you are facing. Together we will activate a strategy to intentionally take a new path towards fulfillment.

As a coach, I will partner with you, be your champion, and provide you support to tap into resources needed wherever you are in your journey.   My goal is to help you discover with clarity and take action with confidence to make positive changes in your life and work. 

I blend coaching and tactical career strategy.  Time may be spent defining your superpowers or building your professional brand statement.   A practiced method of interview preparation will help you show up authentically and confidently.  Sessions may focus on finding your flow or discovering professional activities that energize you.  You will come away with knowing the direction to take and a plan to get there.
