Combining my years of working in hiring and staffing, my values of authenticity and positivity and a conversational coaching and personal style, I help you find your story and help you tell it. I bring my knowledge of how to get hired along with a professional coaching approach to prioritize what is meaningful to you and set an action plan, whether you are starting over or just starting out.
I received a BA in political science from the University of Michigan and a J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh. After a few years of law practice, I had an opportunity to pivot from being a lawyer to a recruiting leader at a large law firm. That early career shift allowed me to find a passion for recognizing and promoting talent. Nearly 15 years later, I moved into international development staffing. My career path has included talent management, recruiting, and talent acquisition operations roles in law firms, consulting organizations, and most recently, a global hospitality company. I am also a working parent and community volunteer. Together with professional coach training (ICF Credentialed ACC Coach), I bring these experiences to KAB Career Coach to help you explore your career possibilities.
